I felt this was such a great introduction to editing in general - both women went into great detail about their credentials and about why they are so passionate about this course. They delve into so many layers of editing, and I'm very excited to build on my current editing knowledge and freelancing career =) They also cover such helpful topics from hardware needed to style guides, stylesheets, and niches for your own personal career growth. This course helped so much in clarifying the different stages of editing for beginners looking to get their foot in the door. It also makes you think about hard-hitting questions to help map out your business and goals. I would recommend this course for anyone looking to start their freelance editing career!

The course clearly lays out the difference between different types of editing and style guides used. There are also practice sets that help you figure out how to become organized when it comes to what style you use. The video vs text format allows you to revisit the content that was covered during the video, allowing you to recap what was just covered. I highly recommend this to anyone who is new, starting out, or even already in the editing and writing industry. So glad I took this course!
